- Almond Flour – I recently got this bag of almond flour online and have been absolutely loving it! It’s a great alternative to wheat flour for baking and making all kinds of treats! If you haven’t baked with almond flour, you gotta try this stuff, it tastes nutty and delicious.
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt: I like to use a pink Himalayan Sea Salt in my kitchen, which has more natural minerals than plain processed table salt. It’s fairly inexpensive, so I’d recommend this salt if you’re looking for an easy way to level up your spice pantry.
- Eggs
- Coconut Oil: I always keep a few jars of this organic coconut oil on hand, it’s great for cooking and baking. If you make your own beauty products, it also makes a fantastic skin moisturizer too!
- Vanilla Extract: it’s super important to use real pure vanilla extract, and not artificial baking vanilla flavor. This real all natural vanilla is a fantastic ingredient to give these cookies an #extra boost.
- Le Cruset Pie Dish – I used this amazing Le Cruset pie dish that I got on Amazon here. It’s ceramic and durable, and can be used again and again (unlike the foil pans)!
