We just got our first grocery delivery in a long time last week (woo hoo!) and fresh ripe avocados were a real treat. Normally we love having an avocado with our weekend brunch, but they’ve been scarce on our table during the pandemic. This no-cook avocado lime salad is a quick and simple recipe.  I love a good no-cook recipe for those days when I’m not feeling like standing around the stove, or for summer nights when it’s too hot to cook.
