The Best Air Fryer for Potatoes
We have a Cosori Air Fryer (it has legit over 85k positive reviews on Amazon ) and we are in LOVE with this thing! Since we don’t use a microwave, this air fryer is perfect for heating up things quickly. It’s been really fun to make all kinds of recipes in the Air Fryer: crispy vegetables, tofu, muffins, and it’s great for reheating leftovers. I was an air fryer skeptic for a long time, but highly recommend this air fryer for anyone who loves to cook!

- Frozen Hash Browns – I use unsalted or unseasoned hash browns, which lets me add my own spices.
- Olive Oil: I like to use Zoe olive oil which has a really nice flavor and texture. It’s a really good quality oil, and is really inexpensive here online so definitely a good value!
- Garlic: I use fresh garlic when I have it, and this really nice organic chopped jarred garlic when I don’t have fresh on hand. The jarred garlic has a great flavor and is super convenient because it’s already chopped.
- Garlic Salt: for a sprinkle of flavor and saltiness, which is really great on the potatoes!
- Parsley
- Red Chili Flakes: for a little heat! I like to add a few shakes to this recipe to give this dish a nice complex depth of flavor.
