We have a Cosori Air Fryer (it has legit over 30k positive reviews on Amazon ) and we are in LOVE with this thing! Since we don’t use a microwave, this air fryer is perfect for heating up things quickly. It’s been really fun to make all kinds of recipes in the Air Fryer: crispy vegetables, tofu, muffins, and it’s great for reheating leftovers. I was an air fryer skeptic for a long time, but highly recommend this air fryer for anyone who loves to cook!

- Snap Peas – I used ones fresh from the garden. If you can find them in season, definitely use fresh or local ones. You could also tried frozen snap peas too in the off-season.
- Olive Oil: I like to use Zoe olive oil which has a really nice flavor and texture. It’s a really good quality oil, and is really inexpensive here online so definitely a good value!
- Garlic: I use fresh garlic when I have it, and this really nice organic chopped jarred garlic when I don’t have fresh on hand. The jarred garlic has a great flavor and is super convenient because it’s already chopped.
- Garlic Salt: for a sprinkle of flavor and saltiness, which is really great on the peas!
- Lemon Juice – for a little extra pop of flavor at the end.
