Perfect Garlic Bread in the Air Fryer
We have a Cosori Air Fryer (it has legit over 30k positive reviews on Amazon 🙂 ) and we are in LOVE with this thing! Since we don’t use a microwave, this air fryer is perfect for heating up things quickly. It’s been really fun to make all kinds of recipes in the Air Fryer: crispy vegetables, tofu, muffins, and it’s great for reheating leftovers. I was an air fryer skeptic for a long time, but highly recommend this air fryer for anyone who loves to cook! I got this one for Christmas, so would also recommend this as a great gift for friends or family.
What’s In This Vegan Air Fryer Garlic Bread Recipe?
- Bread: I used my homemade sourdough bread recipe, but you can use any bread you have on hand… or try making some yourself (I promise it’s not that difficult)! If you are using store bought bread, I’d recommend Ezekiel’s sprouted breads.
- Olive Oil: I like to use Zoe olive oil which has a really nice flavor and texture. It’s a really good quality oil, and is really inexpensive here online so definitely a good value!
- Garlic: I use fresh garlic when I have it, and this really nice organic chopped jarred garlic when I don’t have fresh on hand. The jarred garlic has a great flavor and is super convenient because it’s already chopped.
- Garlic Powder: for a double dose of garlic in this bread, I like this garlic powder and always keep some in the pantry for all kinds of dishes.
- Garlic Salt: for a sprinkle of flavor and saltiness, which is really great on this bread!
- Crushed Pepper Flakes: I add a sprinkle on top of my garlic bread for a nice little kick and some extra spice!
