We love a good Taco Tuesday around here (I mean, could there ever be a bad Taco Tuesday)? It’s a fun way to meal plan and add some spice to our menus during the week. I love going all out on homemade guac, queso dip, homemade vegan taco filling, rainbow fajitas, and more! Plus a pitcher of margaritas. Always margaritas.
