How Do I Make Sriracha Mayo Vegan?

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend well to combine, for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer sauce to a serving bowl, and top with extra paprika for an optional garnish.
  3. Dip sushi, crispy tofu, or potatoes into the sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups vegan mayo or 1 1/2 cups vegan mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or other natural sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
