A No Cook Vegan Dipping Sauce Recipe That’s Perfect for Summer

This no-cook vegan garlic aioli is a quick and simple recipe.  I love a good no-cook recipe for those days when I’m not feeling like standing around the stove, or for summer nights when it’s too hot to cook. I have a whole collection of recipes that require zero cooking at all, check them out here

What’s In This Vegan Silken Tofu Aioli Recipe?

See the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!

  • Silken Tofu
  • Garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Nutritional Yeast: not to be confused with bread baking yeast, nutritional yeast has a cheesy nutty umami flavor which is great in all kinds of dishes – I even sprinkle it on fresh popped pop corn and WOW!  Also great in soups and sauces of all kinds.
  • Garlic Salt: for a little extra flavor than traditional salt.  I like to use this garlic salt in my savory Italian dishes for that extra kick.
  • Tellicherry Peppercorns: Like the salt, it’s amazing the flavor difference you can get with really good tellicherry black pepper.… so I use these really great tellicherry peppercorns, which I would definitely recommend.

How Do I Make Vegan Aioli in the Blender?

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Begin by blending on low speed and work up to high speed until the aioli turns into a smooth creamy sauce.
  2. Transfer aioli to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cracked tellicherry pepper. Dip away!
