- Sugar Alternative – This 1:1 sugar substitute tasted unbelievable, it has 1 net carb per serving and tastes exactly like real sugar. I’d highly recommend this sugar substitute for baking, it was fantastic and diabetic-friendly.
- Almond Flour – I recently got this bag of almond flour online and have been absolutely loving it! It’s a great alternative to wheat flour for baking and making all kinds of treats! If you haven’t baked with almond flour, you have to it, it tastes nutty and delicious.
- Butter – I use unsalted in all my recipes for consistent flavor
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips – I found these great sugar free chocolate chips, which are delicious and have no added sugar!
- Vanilla Extract: it’s super important to use real pure vanilla extract, and not artificial baking vanilla flavor. This real all natural vanilla is a fantastic ingredient to give this recipe an #extra boost – and it has no sugar added!
- Walnuts: because I love adding heart-healthy and brain-healthy ingredients to my foods when I can. I stocked up a few bags of these walnuts which are super cheap and a great value for the quality.
- Eggs
