This low carb chocolate chip cookie recipe is a delicious dessert without added sugars. Made with almond flour & keto chocolate chips, these cookies are chewy, delicious, and a perfect dessert that is low in carbohydrates.
Cut back on the carbs and eat dessert with these delicious cookies. I love serving these with a tall glass of low carb unsweetened almond milk for a fantastic treat.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, and set them aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter, vegetable oil, sugar substitute, and eggs. Mix together well until the ingredients are combined.
Add the vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda, and stir well.
Add the almond flour in one cup at a time, stirring each cup into the batter before adding the next cup.
Stir in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Use a spoon or cookie scoop, and form approximately 1-inch balls of dough on the baking sheet, making sure to space the cookies evenly on the pan (each one of my pans held 12 cookies each).
Place baking sheets in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove sheet pan from oven, and allow cookies to cool before eating. Cookies will be very soft, and go nicely with a cold glass of almond milk.
