Clean Green Energy Smoothie (Raw Vegan, Antioxidant Rich, Gluten Free)

A full glass of vibrant vegan power right here!  Apple, banana, OJ, kale, parsley, and celery are blended to perfection, breakfast is served.

 

I love green smoothies so much, what a great an awesome way to start the day!  This recipe is perfect because it’s not TOO sweet, it’s the right combination of fruits and veggies.

I also like blending better than juicing because of the awesome fiber you get from the fruits and vegetables… The thicker the better! This makes a LOT of smoothie… Like 64 ounces worth.  Perfect for 4 pint smoothies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups fresh kale
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley stems included
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth!
