I love green smoothies so much, and this fantastic green smoothie with pears recipe is an awesome way to start the day! This recipe is perfect because it’s not too sweet, it has just the right combination of fruits and veggies. I love pear season in the late summer, so if you have extra pears around you have to try blending them in a smoothie.
I like blending better than juicing because of the awesome fiber you get from the fruits and vegetables. The fiber keeps the smoothie thicker, and fiber has been proven to keep you fuller longer. Stay satisfied with this delicious smoothie made with fresh, frozen, or canned pears!

How Do I Make This High Fiber Pear Smoothie Recipe?
I use my Vitamix Blender for all my smoothies , it can blend anything… no seriously, anything! I sometimes adding whole oranges or lemons to smoothies, and you can’t taste any peel, seeds, or pulp. Pears can be fibrous, so make sure you use a high-speed blender to get all the pieces of the pear and peel nice and blended.
