Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!
- Frozen Hash Browns – I use unsalted or unseasoned hash browns, which lets me add my own spices.
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh garlic cloves, or garlic powder.
- Garlic Salt: for a sprinkle of flavor and saltiness, which is really great on the potatoes!
- Parsley
- Red Chili Flakes: for a little heat! I like to add a few shakes to this recipe to give this dish a nice complex depth of flavor.
Perfect Hash Browns in the Air Fryer
We have a super-quiet air fryer and we are in love with this thing! Since we don’t use a microwave, the air fryer is perfect for heating up things quickly. It’s been really fun to make all kinds of recipes: crispy vegetables, tofu, muffins, and it’s great for reheating leftovers.
I’ve owned a few models, but highly recommend this quiet air fryer for anyone who loves to cook!
