This smoothie can be made with fresh cucumbers, and is great if you have ripe pineapple (or frozen pineapple) you need to use. Pour yourself a tall glass of this beautiful smoothie, and take a moment to unwind.
This pineapple cucumber smoothie is a fun twist on a classic ‘green’ smoothie! I love a cold fruit & veggie smoothie in the summer to cool down – especially when we have a bounty of cucumbers from our garden. It’s a great combination of sweet and a little savory from the cucumber.
This is a really fun smoothie, and has SO much flavor! The cucumber and pineapple together are such a refreshing combination, and it makes the perfect snack, breakfast, or sweet treat to enjoy after a long day outdoors.

Make Pineapple Cucumber Smoothies Without Yogurt & Dairy Free
This dairy free Sweet Cucumber Fruit Smoothie is a fantastic drink without all the dairy. I’m all about making recipes plant-based and dairy free when I can. Dairy-free cooking does NOT have to be bland, boring, or flavorless… It’s quite the opposite when done right. You can achieve total richness and creaminess with some simple swaps.
I love using plant based ingredients (like plant milks and soy or coconut yogurt) in smoothies like this!
