  1. To a medium mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, and seasoned rice vinegar.
  2. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until the sauce blends into a creamy and thick sauce.
  3. If you sauce is too thick, and you prefer a thinner sauce, thin out the sauce by adding 1 teaspoon of water at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Toss sauce with crispy chicken or tofu, use as a dressing for noodle salads, or enjoy as dip!
