Can I Make Gravy with Bristet Drippings?

Heck YEAH!  My hubby loves his electric smoker, and brisket is something we smoke quite often. We usually smoke the brisket for about 24 hours over low heat.  The bisket is perfectly fork tender, and we are left with a pan of brisket drippings at the end.  Instead of tossing or discarding the brisket drippings, we made this amazingly flavorful gravy!  It only takes a few minutes to make, but it’s a great way to keep brisket drippings and not throw them away.
