It’s fall here in New England, which is the best time of year ’round these parts! Everywhere has farm fresh apples, and pick-your-own orchards are in full swing. I love making all kinds of delicious apple dishes – and this apple pie smoothie is a fantastic way to start the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Daily Uplifter
  • ~10 ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Pinch ground cinnamon

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high speed for 2 minutes until well mixed.  Pour into a glass & enjoy the fall vibes!
