The Daily Uplifter is a fantastic way to get some extra protein in your morning meals! It has guy healthy prebiotics. A food mood is linked to what you eat. i used their Vanilla Uplift powder in this smoothie, which gives it a fantastic flavor and tons of vitamins and minerals to start the day. Talk about rising and SHINING!
What’s In This Apple Pie Protein Smoothie?
- Apples: farmer’s market fresh! You can use any variety you have on hand If you don’t have fresh apples, this applesauce is actually a great substitution!
- Banana: for added sweetness and texture
- Vanilla Daily Uplift Protein Powder: for that good-for-you boost, you can get Uplift Food’s Vanilla Uplift here, and check out their other fantastic products. (they have HEALTH COOKIES, fyi!!!)
- Milk: you can use any varity that you would drink. I prefer almond milk, which Silk has a shelf-stable version that lasts up to a year in the pantry! Oat milk is also incredibly simple to make as well, i have a recipe on my site here for unsweetened oat milk.
- Ice: for texture and extra hydration
- Ginger: I love adding ginger to my dishes, or this great ground ginger to my smoothies – the ginger gives it a nice kick and lightly spiced flavor.
- Cinnamon: which gives this smoothie is classic fall flavor! I add it to the smoothie when it’s blending, and also a sprinkle to top for garnish.
How Do I Make This Vegan Apple Pie Protein Smoothie?
I love a good one-step recipe!
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high speed for 2 minutes until well mixed. Pour into a glass & enjoy the fall vibes!

- ~10 ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch ground ginger
- Pinch ground cinnamon
