This apple pie smoothie is a fantastic breakfast idea, with apples, cinnamon, and oats. With protein powder, fresh fruit, and plant milk. Like a tall glass of sweet autumn sunshine.

Ingredients

cored and chopped

tablespoons
old fashioned oats

walnuts

scoop
Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon

plain unsweetened almond milk

teaspoon
pure maple syrup
optional, or other natural sweetener
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender (optional sweetener if you like a sweeter smoothie), and blend on high speed for 2 minutes until well mixed.
Pour into a glass & enjoy the fall vibes!
