This apple pie smoothie (vegan + gluten free) is a fantastic and healthy breakfast option, will give you the lift you need to start the day off right! Made with Uplift Food’s Daily Uplifter powder, fresh fruit, and healthy plant milk. Like a tall glass of sweet autumn sunshine.

It’s fall here in New England, which is the best time of year ’round these parts! Everywhere has farm fresh apples, and pick-your-own orchards are in full swing. I love making all kinds of delicious apple dishes – and this apple pie smoothie is a fantastic way to start the day.

The Daily Uplifter is a fantastic way to get some extra protein in your morning meals! It has guy healthy prebiotics. A food modd is linked to what you eat. i used their Vanilla Uplift powder in this smoothie, which gives it a fantastic flavor and tons of vitamins and minerals to start the day. Talk about rising and SHINING!

What’s In This Apple Pie Smoothie?

  • Apples: farmer’s market fresh! You can use any variety you have on hand, I used gala
  • Banana: for added sweetness and texture
  • Vanilla Daily Uplift: for that good-for-you boost, you can get Uplift Food’s Vanilla Uplift here, and check out their other fantastic products. (they have HEALTH COOKIES, fyi!!!)
  • Almond Milk: I used plain unsweetened, but if you wanted to also use a unsweetened vanilla that would be fantastic✌️
  • Ice: for texture and extra hydration
  • Spices: a little ground ginger and cinnamon for those fall vibes

How Do I Make This Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie?

I love a good one-step recipe!

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high speed for 2 minutes until well mixed. Pour into a glass & enjoy the fall vibes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Daily Uplifter
  • ~10 ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
