What’s In This Flax Seed Oatmeal Recipe?
Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!
- Instant Oatmeal – you can use pre-made oatmeal, or quick oats. I like instant oatmeal as it’s organic, sustainably sourced, and tastes fantastic.
- Ground Flaxseeds: I always add a scoop in my oatmeal for a little extra nutritional punch! This flaxseed meal has a wonderful nutty flavor too.
- Cinnamon: which gives this dish a subtle spice-y flavor! I love to add in a pinch for extra warmth and depth of flavor.
- Water or Almond Milk – plain and unsweetened! The higher the fat content, the creamier the milk will be.
- Walnuts: because I love adding crunchy ingredients to my oatmeal when I can.
