How Do I Make Cucumber Sour Cream Dip?

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, cucumber, garlic, red wine vinegar, and dill.  Mix together until well combined and the cucumbers are coated in yogurt sauce.
  2. Taste and add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Spread on shawarma, lettuce wraps, or a salad, and enjoy!
