What’s In This Breakfast Sandwich with Brioche Bread?

Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!

  • Brioche: I used brioche bread for my sandwich. Brioche is a rich and sweet French bread made with eggs, milk, and butter. You can buy brioche from a bakery or the store, but I made my own using my seriously easy No Knead Sourdough Brioche recipe.  Prep dough the night before, roll it in the morning, let it rise, and bake.  Couldn’t be easier, it’s actually one of the simplest breads I make.
  • Eggs & bacon are classic, but here are some other amazing ideas to top your sandwich with!

Or mix/match all of these amazing toppings for a make-your-own-breakfast-sandwich-bar for the perfect brunch!  A great recipe idea for entertaining for a brunch, anniversary party, potluck, baby shower, or bridal brunch.  Simple and everyone can make their own custom brioche sandwich.
