Instructions
Toast the slices of brioche until they are golden brown.
Cook eggs according to your favorite method (scrambling, over easy, poached, etc.)
Fry bacon in a pan until it is crispy and dark brown. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove extra grease.
On each sandwich, spread one of the pieces of brioche bread with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. Add the fried egg, bacon, and alfalfa sprouts on top. Add any other toppings above that you love, and mangia!
