- Garlic
- Dijon Mustard
- Rice vinegar: I love rice vinegar, I always keep this vinegar stocked in my pantry for delicious sauces and refrigerator pickles.
- Maple Syrup
- Vegetable Oil
- Sriracha – for a little heat!
- Smoked Paprika: give an additional depth of flavor to this dish.
- Garlic Powder: Also a major pantry staple ingredient that gets used in our house daily! I love this garlic powder and add it to a lot of recipes that I would use fresh garlic in too.
- Fresh Lime Juice
Alternatives to Mayonnaise
You can use vegan sour cream, silken tofu, or even cashew cream in place of plant-based mayonnaise.
How Do I Make Sriracha Mayo Vegan?
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend well to combine, for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Transfer sauce to a serving bowl, and top with extra paprika for an optional garnish.
- Dip sushi, crispy tofu, or potatoes into the sauce and enjoy!

Vegan Sriracha Mayo

- 1.5 cups vegan mayo or 1 1/2 cups vegan mayo
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or other natural sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
- Add all of the below ingredients to a blender, and blend well to combine, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Transfer sauce to a serving bowl, and top with extra paprika or parsley for a garnish.
- Dip sushi, crispy tofu, or potatoes into the sauce and enjoy!
