Ingredients for this Soft Tofu Scramble

Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!

  • Silken Tofu – a soft and mild tofu which mimics the texture of traditional scrambled eggs when it’s mashed.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Turmeric – a staple in our spice cabinet!
  • Garlic Powder: Also a major pantry staple ingredient that gets used in our house daily!
  • Chili Powder: for a really nice flavor in this scramble- the chili powder isn’t spicy but will give you a rich and bright flavor.
  • Nutritional Yeast: not to be confused with bread baking yeast, nutritional yeast has a cheesy nutty umami flavor which is great in all kinds of dishes.
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Veggie Toppings of Choice!  I used kale and avocado for this recipe.

How Do I Make This High Protein Tofu Breakfast Sandwich?
