I love green juice so much, and this fantastic recipe couldn’t be easier to make at home! Skip the lines and the cost of a juice bar – all you need is some fresh produce and a high speed blender to make your own green juice at home.

This recipe is perfect because it’s not too sweet, it has just the right combination of fruits and veggies.

I like blending my juices rather than using a juicer because of the great fiber you get from blending fruits and vegetables. The fiber is hardly noticeable in this drink, but it still there!

Blending Green Juice

Skip the juicer, and use a high-speed blender instead to make juice!

I recommend using a good-quality high speed blender for this recipe. I have a fantastic Vitamix blender, which I have been using for years, and it gets daily use in our home.

Choose a blender that has a lot of power, and can pulverize even the toughest of ingredients. My blender can chop ice, dates, frozen fruits, make soups, and even blend nuts into homemade nut butter. Using a good high-speed blender will make perfectly creamy smoothies and sauces every time!

I use this Vitamix Blender for all my smoothies , it can blend anything… no seriously, anything! I like adding whole oranges or lemons to smoothies. The Vitamix blends the ingredients so well you can’t taste any peel, seeds, or pulp.

Blend all ingredients on high speed until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into your favorite glass or mason jar and enjoy.
