- Almond Flour – I recently got a big bag of almond flour online and have been absolutely loving it! It’s a great alternative to wheat flour for baking and making all kinds of treats! If you haven’t baked with almond flour, you gotta try this stuff, it tastes nutty and delicious.
- Sea Salt: I like to use a pink Himalayan Sea Salt in my kitchen.
- Eggs
- Coconut Oil: I always keep a few jars of this organic coconut oil on hand, it’s great for cooking and baking. If you make your own beauty products, it also makes a fantastic skin moisturizer too!
- Vanilla Extract: it’s super important to use real pure vanilla extract, and not artificial baking vanilla flavor. This real all natural vanilla is a fantastic ingredient to give these cookies an #extra boost.
