Ingredients In Cornbread Waffles
Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!
- All Purpose Flour: I normally use all purpose flour for all my recipes, I love the consistency and texture of the crumb this flour produces.
- Corn Meal: I like this medium corn meal, I always keep some in my pantry. It’s great for adding texture to pizza crusts (also the secret for keeping them from sticking on a pizza peel!) and breads, and also to make homemade corn bread.
- Almond Milk – I used unsweetened Almond Milk for my version of this recipe.
- Baking Powder: I like this low sodium baking powder which is great for keeping the sodium down in baked goods.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Flaxseed Meal
- Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- Cinnamon: which gives these waffles a subtle spice-y flavor! I love to add in a pinch for extra warmth and depth of flavor.
