Our garden cucumbers are always super productive all summer long – thanks to my husbands green thumb and our bees (love my pollinators)! This cucumber salad is a fantastic way to use up those garden cucumbers, and can be made with your favorite brand of plain Greek yogurt.
This creamy cucumber salad with Greek yogurt has been made time & time again in our household. I make it for summer cookouts when friends are over, or just as a weeknight recipe when I have extra cucumbers. The combination of the Greek yogurt, dill, cucumber, and onion is classic.
