Frozen Potsticker Recipes For the Win!

I used frozen pot stickers for this recipe instead of  fresh.  By using freezer ingredients, I can stock up when they are on sale, and use them in all kinds of great dishes. It saves me a trip to the store, and I can add amazing veggies right into the recipe. Frozen foods like these dumplings are a quick and inexpensive addition to lots of meals.

What’s In This Potsticker Salad Recipe?

See the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!

  • Potstickers – I use a frozen vegan vegetable dumpling from Trader Joe’s (they’re gyoza are amazing)! You could also use leftover cooked pot sticker gyoza from a restaurant or dumpling house.
  • Fresh vegetables – I added carrots, cucumber, and red cabbage to mine.
  • Rice vinegar: I love rice vinegar, I always keep seasoned vinegar stocked in my pantry!
  • Light Sesame Oil: sesame oil gives the perfect sweet flavor to the sauce of this dish. I like  Light sesame oil for this dressing as it has a more subtle flavor than toasted sesame oil.
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Soy sauce or tamari
  • maple syrup or other natural sweetener
  • Sesame Seeds – I love adding a handful of these sesame seeds to finish off this salad recipe! These seeds add a nice crunch and texture to the salad.
