I used frozen pot stickers for this recipe instead of fresh. By using freezer ingredients, I can stock up when they are on sale, and use them in all kinds of great dishes. It saves me a trip to the store, and I can add amazing veggies right into the recipe. Frozen foods like these dumplings are a quick and inexpensive addition to lots of meals.

- Potstickers – I use a frozen vegan vegetable dumpling from Trader Joe’s (they’re gyoza are amazing)! You could also use leftover cooked pot sticker gyoza from a restaurant or dumpling house.
- Fresh vegetables – I added carrots, cucumber, and red cabbage to mine.
- Rice vinegar: I love rice vinegar, I always keep seasoned vinegar stocked in my pantry!
- Light Sesame Oil: sesame oil gives the perfect sweet flavor to the sauce of this dish. I like Light sesame oil for this dressing as it has a more subtle flavor than toasted sesame oil.
- Fresh lime juice
- Soy sauce or tamari
- maple syrup or other natural sweetener
- Sesame Seeds – I love adding a handful of these sesame seeds to finish off this salad recipe! These seeds add a nice crunch and texture to the salad.

How Do I Make Potsticker Dumpling Salad?
- Prepare pot stickers according to package instructions. I steamed mine, but you can steam or fry yours.
- In a bowl, add your salad greens, cucumber, cabbage, and carrot. Add pot sticker dumplings on top.
- Add all dressing ingredients to a small mason jar or air tight container. Shake well to combine. Pour the dressing over the salad and top with additional sesame seeds for garnish. Enjoy!

Ingredients
For the Salad
- 4 to 5 pot stickers
- 1 cup salad greens
- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup red cabbage
- 1 carrot sliced into matchsticks
- 1 green onions sliced
For the Sesame Lime Dressing
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or other sweetener
- 1 teaspoon light sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon tamari
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds plus more for garnish
Instructions
