Ingredients In Vegan Mayo

Be sure to visit the recipe card below for full ingredient amounts and recipe instructions!

  • Silken Tofu
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Nutritional Yeast: not to be confused with bread baking yeast, nutritional yeast has a cheesy nutty umami flavor which is great in all kinds of dishes – I even sprinkle it on fresh popped pop corn and WOW!  Also great in soups and sauces of all kinds.
  • Lemon Juice
  • Maple Syrup:  I really like using this raw organic agave syrup because it’s a natural and sustainable sweetener, plus it is ridiculously  inexpensive online so I always keep a few of these bottles in my pantry.
  • Garlic Powder: Also a major pantry staple ingredient that get used in our house daily! I love this garlic powder and add it to a lot of recipes that I would use fresh garlic in too.
  • Sea Sald

Hi, Thanks for the recipe for tofu mayo all but I did not have agave. The tofu I had was very firm what I did
was add about a quarter cup of water to thin it out. I slowly blended in my nutribullet it came out creamy in
texture and color just like Helmans mayo. What I have done in the past was using cashues nuts and the
same as for this recipe plus water. This is far better I will be looking forward to your newsletter. Thanks again
I am very pleased that I looked on the computer today. Best regards, Barbara
