Instructions
In a blender, add the dressing ingredients: onion, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
Start by blending on low speed, and gradually work up to high speed until dressing is smooth and creamy.
Dress your favorite salad greens, and enjoy!
Store leftover salad dressing in an airtight container, refrigerate, and enjoy within 1 week.
