Stuffing Hash Browns (Leftover Stuffing Recipe)

Ingredients
- 1 lb bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cups cooked stuffing
- 1/2 cup sweet onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl add the frozen hash browns, stuffing, onion, celery, bell pepper and olive oil. Toss well to combine.
- Spread hash brown mixture on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove pan from oven and top with fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste... Mangia!
