Mint Tzatziki without Dill
This Mint Tzatziki Without Dill Recipe is a great dip or spread, can be made vegan and gluten free for pitas, shawarmas, or a dip. This blender tzatziki sauce is ready in 5 minutes and is made with simple and fresh ingredients. No dill needed!
1.5 cups plain unsweetened Greek Yogurt use dairy free for vegan version 1 cup cucumber chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon juiced 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt 1/2 teaspoon tellicherry pepper 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
In a blender, add the greek yogurt, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add yogurt sauce to a bowl, and stir on the fresh mint and the chopped cucumber. Add a little fresh pepper and extra mint to garnish and enjoy!
