Vegan Cornbread Waffles
These vegan cornbread waffles are a delicious breakfast or brunch that can be served savory or sweet, with flour, spices, and cornmeal! Enjoy these waffles as a easy weekend brunch recipe with fruit and maple syrup, or as a savory waffle recipe for a tofu scramble or sauteed vegetables.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all waffle batter ingredients together in a large batter bowl.
When your Belgian Waffle maker is ready, scoop the approved amount of batter into the maker, and close the lid carefully. Your waffle maker instructions should say exactly how much batter to use.
