In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, fresh garlic, garlic powder, garlic salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Slice baguette lengthwise and brush with a thin layer of olive oil mixture.
Place baguette in oven and broil on High for 1 or 2 minutes until the edges of the baguette begin to lightly brown.
Remove from oven, and spread a thin layer of pesto on top of the bread. Place bread back under the broiler for another 2 minutes or until bread is crispy and golden brown. Keep an eye on the bread so it doesn't burn.
Once bread is finished, remove from oven and top with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Mangia!
