Ingredients

cups
papaya
peeled & cubed, about 1 half of a papaya
1
banana
1
cup
mango
1
lime
juiced
1
cup
water
1
cup
ice
1
tablespoon
ground flaxseeds
optional
Instructions
Prep your papaya - slice the papaya lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds in the middle, then scoop out the soft pink flesh.
Add the papaya flesh and the rest of the ingredients to a high-speed blender, including the mango, lime, banana, water, ice, and flaxseeds if using.
Start the blender on low speed and work your way up to high speed and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!
