This Orange Avocado Salad is a vibrant and fresh summer fruit salad that is loaded with flavor and sweet citrus fruit. 5 minutes, and just 5 ingredients!
3naval orangesor 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
2large avocadodiced
1/2cupfresh basiljulienned
1limejuiced
PinchSea Salt
Instructions
Peel your oranges, and add the segments directly into a mixing bowl.
Halve your avocado, score the inside flesh, and scoop it out with a spoon into the bowl with the orange segments.
Squeeze fresh lime over the salad. Add your fresh sliced or torn basil leaves. Optional - add a pinch of salt for flavor.
Mix well to combine, and serve immediately!

Substitutions and Variations
Use any kind of orange you prefer: naval, clementines, mandarin oranges, or even blood oranges for a deep dark color.
You can add other citrus fruits in as well: like grapefruit or pomelo.
Or add in other summer fruits like pineapple, strawberries, sliced peaches, or melon for added flavor.
Use fresh lemon juice instead of lime, if desired.
