This Non Dairy Ranch Dressing recipe is light and creamy, vegan, and loaded with zesty garlic and herbs - great as a salad dressing or dip! This plant based garlic sauce is ready in 5 minutes in your blender or food processor, and is gluten free. A great addition to a vegan salad, a veggie wrap, or as a dip for vegetables.

1 12-ounce package silken tofu or 1.5 cups vegan mayonnaise 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon rosemary 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

In a blender, add the tofu (or mayo), garlic cloves, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and rosemary.
Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the garlic sauce to a bowl, and stir on the fresh dill and the parsley. Add a little extra chopped parsley to garnish and enjoy!
