1/4cupfresh lemon balm leavesalso called lemon basil
1/2cuppineapple
1/2cupmango
1banana
1tablespoonchia seeds
3cupswater
1cupice

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on low, and increase speed until all fruit/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
