use vegan if desired

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and mix well to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Substitutions and Variations
You can use Miracle Whip instead of the mayonnaise if you wish.
Use a vegan mayonnaise to make this recipe plant-based.
Instead of suagr you can substitute honey, maple syrup, or another sweetener of your choice. Or skip it altogether.
Any cariety of onion will work well - sweet onions or white onions are fine substitutions.
