These Baked Caramel Apple slices are a naturally sweet breakfast or dessert. Great with oatmeal, on top of ice cream, or just eaten plain!

Ingredients

apples
sliced

tablespoons
coconut oil
2
tablespoons
honey
or maple/agave syrup

tablespoon
cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
ground ginger
Pinch
Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
On a baking sheet, add all the ingredients, and toss well to combine.
Place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes
Remove sheet pan from oven, and toss the apples in all their juices. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes longer.
Remove sheet pan from oven, toss once more, and enjoy!
