1cuprefried beans
1/2cupsalsa
1cupfresh tomatoes
1cupchili beans or taco filling
1cupFresh chopped lettuce
4ouncescheese of choicecan use a non-dairy blend, taco blend, cheddar, jalapeno cheese, etc
Instructions
On a plate, lay out your tortillas.
To each, add equal parts: sour cream, refried beans, salsa, chili or taco filling, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, or any other toppings you have on hand (jalapenos, fajita vegetables, onions, etc.)
Roll up the burrito, tucking the sides into the center before rolling so the burrito holds the filling.
