1/2 large sweet onion roughly chopped 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup/agave nectar 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup olive oil

In a blender, add the dressing ingredients: onion, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, whole grain mustard, black pepper and olive oil.
Start by blending on low speed, and gradually work up to high speed until dressing is smooth and creamy.
