2 nectarines pits removed 1 banana 1 cup mango 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds 1/2 cup orange juice 1 cup water 1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, including the fruit, water, and ice.
Start the blender on low speed and work your way up to high speed and blend for 2 minutes.
