Baked Caramel Apple Slices

These Baked Caramel Apple slices are a naturally sweet breakfast or dessert. Great with oatmeal, on top of ice cream, or just eaten plain!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples sliced
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple/agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • On a baking sheet, add all the ingredients, and toss well to combine.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes
  • Remove sheet pan from oven, and toss the apples in all their juices. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes longer.
  • Remove sheet pan from oven, toss once more, and enjoy!
