This vegan sriracha mayo sauce is the perfect addition to homemade sushi, crispy tofu bowls, or a flavorful dip for fries or potatoes. This sauce will add loads of flavor to to any dish - a thick and creamy dairy free sauce that has sriracha, lime juice, spices, and a little natural sweetness.

1.5 cups vegan mayo or 1 1/2 cups vegan mayo 2 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon maple syrup or other natural sweetener 2 teaspoons Sriracha 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 lime juiced

Add all of the below ingredients to a blender, and blend well to combine, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer sauce to a serving bowl, and top with extra paprika or parsley for a garnish.
Dip sushi, crispy tofu, or potatoes into the sauce and enjoy!
