This vegan sriracha mayo sauce is the perfect addition to homemade sushi, crispy tofu bowls, or a flavorful dip for fries or potatoes. This sauce will add loads of flavor to to any dish - a thick and creamy dairy free sauce that has sriracha, lime juice, spices, and a little natural sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups vegan mayo or 1 1/2 cups vegan mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or other natural sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the below ingredients to a blender, and blend well to combine, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Transfer sauce to a serving bowl, and top with extra paprika or parsley for a garnish.
  • Dip sushi, crispy tofu, or potatoes into the sauce and enjoy!
