3 cucumbers sliced 1/2 red onion thinly sliced 1/2 cup mayo use vegan if desired 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
